Turning Point Professional Counseling Services
William "Bill" Davis, MS, LPC, LCAC
Bill started Turning Point Professional Counseling Services (TPPCS) in 1998 in Hays, Kansas. His goal was to establish complete, professional metal health services in Western Kansas and make those services available to every person in the small agrarian communities. Within 19 years TPPCS has grown to include eight therapists staffing six outreach offices in the Western half of Kansas, in addition to the headquarters in Hays. Through his efforts and hard work, Bill has established full, complete mental health services on a Level I outpatient basis, with licensed, professional therapists and counselors.
In addition to being licensed as a professional mental health therapist Bill is also licensed as a clinical addictions counselor in the state of Kansas, and does court-ordered substance abuse evaluations and Kansas Client Placement Criteria assessments. Bill has also served as a member of the Fort Hays State University adjunct teaching staff in the Graduate School Counseling Department. Primarily a Cognitive Behavior therapist, Bill offers therapy with a down to earth approach and is available to see clients in our HAYS OFFICE.
